2. What data we collect
Contact form ("Plan your trip")
When you complete our form, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Number of travelers, approximate dates and budget
- Selected destinations and interests
- Message or additional comments
This data is used solely to prepare your travel proposal and get in touch with you. We do not sell or share it with third parties except for the providers necessary to deliver the service.
Affiliate click tracking
When you click on a tour, hotel or transfer, we record:
- Affiliate provider (Viator, Booking.com, Klook, etc.)
- Destination and vertical
- Anonymous session identifier
- Date and time of click
This information helps us improve our product selection and measure platform performance. It is not linked to your personal identity.
Web analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable data.
3. Third-party providers
When you use our affiliate links, you are redirected to external platforms with their own privacy policies:
- Booking.com — booking.com/content/privacy
- Viator — viator.com/privacy
- Klook / TravelPayouts — klook.com/privacy
- Welcome Pickups — welcomepickups.com/privacy
For email delivery we use Resend (resend.com), which processes contact form data for transactional purposes only.
